2001-04: Swimming - 3-time IHSA State Meet Qualifier

2004: Swimming - Finished 2nd in the 50 Freestyle and 4th in the 100 freestyle in the IHSA State Meet

2003-04: Swimming - Fox Valley Conference and Northwest Herald Swimmer of the year both Junior and Senior Year

2004-08: Swimming - Member of Southern Illinois University Swim Team and Team Captain his senior year

Pat was a 2004 graduate of Dundee-Crown High School. Pat was a 3 sport athlete who participated in Cross Country, Swimming and Track. He was a 3-Time IHSA State Qualifier in Swimming. His senior year, he finished 2nd in the 50 freestyle and 4th in the 100 freestyle. He earned All-American Honors in both events.

Pat swam in college at Southern Illinois University where he was the team captain.
