Dana Hanselmann Pautsch was a standout volleyball player for the Chargers. She earned Fox Valley All-Conference honors three times and was an All-State honorable mention selection her senior year. She played at NCAA Division - II Truman State where she also received All-Conference recognition.

After earning her Masters Degree in 2012, Dana was the Academic Coordinator in Student-Athlete Academic Support Services at Northern Illinois University from 2012-14. Since 2014 Dana has been an Assistant Professor and currently Department Chair for Exercise and Sports Science at Judson University
