Anthony Manfrin graduated from Dundee-Crown in 2011 as the most decorated Cross Country and Track athlete in the history of the school. He earned twelve (12) varsity letters and at induction holds school records in Cross Country, the 1600 and 3200-meter runs with times of 4:11 and 9:03.

Anthony won Fox Valley Conference Cross Country championships in 2009 and 2010 and earned All-State honors in 2010. In 2011 he was the IHSA Indoor Track State champion in the 3200-meter run. Anthony also qualified for the state finals in Outdoor Track in both the 1600-meter run and as a member of the Chargers record setting 4 X 800-meter relay team. On the national level at the Nike Outdoor championships Anthony won first place in the mile as a freshman, and as a senior he competed in the Arcadia (California) Invitational where he ran the fastest 3200-meter time of any athlete from Illinois.

Anthony, an honor student at Dundee-Crown earned an athletic scholarship to the University of Illinois where he ran Cross Country and Track.
